Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• A photo or video of the product.
• A detailed description of the issue.

Without this information, we cannot process your refund or return.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
• Gift cards.
• Some health and personal care items.
• Any items purchased in the context of a ‘Special Offer’ or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return requests.

Return Process

Once we receive your request and approve it, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with a prepaid shipping label that you can print out.

Exchanges & Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will exchange an item for the same product. If you prefer a refund, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days after approval, please check your PayPal account, bank, or credit card company as processing times can vary.
