Ordering and Payment

Simply browse our online store, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping and payment information to complete the order.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Registered Shipping. Standard Shipping is our basic service, while Registered Shipping includes tracking information and requires a signature upon delivery for added security. Currently, we do not offer an express shipping option, but we are working to add it in the future. The best part is that all shipping options are free of charge!

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, please note that some items may not be available for shipment to certain countries. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will cancel the transaction, refund your payment immediately, and notify you of the cancellation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website. 

Domestic orders within the United States usually take 7-14 business days to arrive. For international shipments, delivery times can vary and typically range from 10-30 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns and Refund

To exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit that you can use to purchase the new item.

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away! Send us a photo or video of the product you received, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund for you.
